Job Summary
As an Electronic Engineer, you will work with the team to develop and test new wireless products.
You will be responsible for verification of product circuit design, and testing product Radio Frequency functionalities.
Responsibilities:
1- Contribute to the vision and strategy of our overall products and services
2- Act as Product Owner to drive clarity of the product to meet commercial and strategic goals
3- Write product technical specification, create block diagrams, schematics, and layout printed circuit board.
4- Choose components/ chips for the designed circuits, considering performance, cost and reliability.
5- Manage prototype build, perform bench test and debug the prototypes.
6- Conduct design verification and validation activities; Optimize RF Circuit, verify functionalities with test instruments.
7- Trouble shoot issues during NPI (new product introduction) stage.
8- Create Test plan for volume production;create test strategy forcost saving.
9- Create/update documentations (instructions, procedures) for production; write user manuals.
10- Ensure compliance with industry specification and safety codes
Qualifications:
1- Bachelor of Engineering degree in a related discipline (prefer Telecommunications or Electronics Engineering)
2- 10+ engineering development experience, ideally in high tech mobile industry.
3- 5+ years Test Engineering experience required.
4- Experience with 3GPP, GSM/CDMA/WCDMA/LTE, WIFI,Bluetooth
5- Previous experience in end-to-end product lifecycle (concept through deployment and maintenance)
6- Strong electrical/electronic aptitude & understanding of schematics & components.
7- Familiarity of antenna analysis, performance budgeting and allocation, antenna range test and verification.
8- Hands on experience of Radio Frequency and wireless test instruments such as spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, Rohde & SchwarzWideband Radio Communication Tester.
9- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills required
10- Strong understanding and ability to develop & execute validation plans.
11- Excellent communication skills with internal and external project stakeholders;Ability to communicate technical details both verbally and written
12- Results oriented ,Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
13- Able to travel internationally up to 20%
