LAVA Electronics, Inc Limited Warranty Information & Return Policy

We honor a 1- year limited warranty on all our LAVA products from the date of purchase. For the length of this limited warranty, Lava Electronics will replace any defective parts or repair any product free of charge. This Warranty is non-transferable and only for purchase from LAVA authorized dealer.

Customer may purchase from unauthorized sellers and LAVA will not support those. Please buy only from LAVA authorized dealers so that you can get service and support from LAVA.

This warranty does not include any shipping, insurance or tax fees.

This warranty is not valid if damage occurred due to user negligence or damage was caused by any element out of the manufacturer’s control. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, theft, abuse, misuse or improper care, nor does it cover minor cosmetic damage due to normal “wear and tear” of the product, or any other cause which does not relate to a product defect in materials or workmanship

If you need to report a warranty claim, you may do so via phone or email. Lava Electronics, Inc. will require customers to submit the Original Proof of purchase, receipt or email confirmation that was issued by the dealer from whom the product was purchased.

Before submitting a warranty claim, we suggest you contact our technical support team or visit and review the “Support” section for technical assistance. A simple fix for your problem may be found here.

We are the direct manufacturer of LAVA antennas and if you purchased from Antenna Deals, you purchased from a direct re-seller of our products. If you ordered from this website and you are unhappy with your order, or if it is not the right product for your area, we allow returns or exchanges of all orders within 30 days from the date of purchase (unless otherwise specified).  Please contact lava support first as most problems, (like weak or no reception, pixelation, setting up more than one TV, etc.) can be resolved over the phone by calling (909) 923-8743.  If your problem can not be resolved, you must return all components of the order, including any power cable, coax cable, hardware, etc.  The customer will be responsible fore the return shipping costs.  No returns will be accepted of orders older than 30 days.  Any missing parts or broken items will result in a restocking fee based on the number of broken/missing parts.  If you send an order back to LAVA Electronics outside the 30 day return period, the order my be returned to you or subject to a restocking fee at LAVA’s discretion.
